Carrie grew up in Honolulu and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. During her time in Hawai’i, Carrie was Director of Marketing at Ward Village, a 60-acre master planned community in urban Honolulu, and was integral to the sales and marketing success for Brookfield Homes Hawaii’s resort portfolio on Kaua’i and on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast.
Carrie also previously served as Director of Developments for Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG) and the Mark Company, leading the sales and marketing programs for over 10 Bay Area developments, many achieving record pricing for their respective districts.
Prior to joining ACT, Carrie was Director of Developments at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection in Napa Valley. She also held the role of Vice President with S&P Real Estate, supporting their portfolio of Bay Area projects.
Carrie currently serves as the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for ACT for the following large-scale residential developments:
- Hillcrest Residences, a 144-unit new residential townhome development in Watsonville, CA
- Waldorf Astoria Punta Cacique Resort Costa Rica Branded Residences, consisting of 96 luxury condominiums and 22 ultra-luxury estate homes
Currently residing in Napa Valley, Carrie and her family enjoy the region’s live music, wine and culinary scene, and outdoor activities, including tennis and golf.
